Kirk D Gilbert , AZ February 24, 2020 Leaking water from bottom of front door. Turned out that the large gray boot/gasket had finally started to harden and deteriorate right at the bottom where the drain hose is. No surprise it leaked after seeing that. Installing the new gasket (and new clamps which I figured I would replace at the same time) did the trick. Fairly simple install. Do yourself a favor and buy the spring pliers to remove/install the clamps. Well worth the time and hassle they will save you. John J Merrick , NY October 29, 2016 Appliance: Model LG WM3001HRA Water leak around the gasket especially the clamp assembly broke off After replacing the clamp assembly and further investigation I had concluded that it was the runner bellow around the drum. So after watching a few YouTube videos felt confident enough to pull the machine apart gently....since there is a lot of fancy plastic around with tabs you don't want to break. Once the bellow was changed(50min) replacement and a trial runs the machine is fine. After removing the old bellow...I discovered that the leak was due to the lower hose behind the bellow was clogged and didn't have the access for the water to flow through and clogged with hair and other debris. There were no rips in the bellow but due to the water backing up in the lower JOSE water was coming out. I'm glad I was able to change the bellow....it looked liked it was ready for a new one.
