The cold cut drawer on my LG fridge was no longer staying suspended under the shelf because the plastic rails to hold it up had cracked. I googled around to find the part number, ordered the part and replaced it. I was initially advised to get a different piece than I had searched for. I was advised to get the "crisper drawer" rail handle instead of the "cheese drawer / snack pan" rail handle. The piece I was advised to get was wrong, but the company immediately fixed their mistake without any hassle or delay. I ordered the shelf from the website at around 3:00 in the afternoon. To my surprise it was at my doorstep at 10:00 the next morning. I opened the box and put the new shelf in and my refrigerator was like new except for a door shelf that I still needed to replace. Searched and ordered parts from the web. Only confusing part is that the left and the right rails have separate part number. I looked at the picture on the web site to see one was on the left and another on the right before ordering. In my case the right one was broken and the left one had crack, so I ordered both parts. I was unable to find the snack drawer guide which was mounted under the middle of the large shelf for my LG refrigerator. In the parts description for my model the snack drawer was mounted under a small shelf. By ordering a right hand drawer guide with a right hand shelf bracket, I was able to move the left shelf bracket and guide from the large shelf to the small shelf. Unscrewed old and screwed in new. The replacement part matched the original exactly. Unit snapped into place easily and drawer is now supported on both sides. This repair either works or doesn't. Since the part matched the original, no problems were encountered. Part delivery was one day after the promised date. The last leg of shipment arrived by USPS.
