Billly B Trinidad , CO January 02, 2016 Appliance: LG Dishwasher LDF9932ST The main reason for the repairs was the drain hose on the dishwasher was leaking due to cracking in half I remove the dishwasher laid it on it's backside, took off the bottom panel everything was easy to access. while I had the dishwasher out I just decided to replace the motor as well, I've noticed in the past the motor had been making some abnormal noises.Only reason I knew it was the motor making noise is because I own the same dishwasher, the repairs I just made were on my moms dishwasher, she's owns the same exact dishwasher as I do. After three years of owning my LG I had to replace the motor because it completely went out and it sounded like hers was doing the same. But as for why the drain hose cracked in half that's still a mystery... All in all it has been a decent dishwasher but for the price and the repairs that had to be made on both I won't be purchasing anymore LG dishwashers, but at least LG has made them easy to work on...!! I thank Appliance Parts Pros for offering these parts that were very reasonable priced, the availability, and the shipping options. I will definitely be using Appliance Parts Pros for all my appliance needs and I highly recommend them to anyone. Christopher L Walnut Creek , CA February 24, 2015 Appliance: Model LG 3850DD3006M 0e drainage error code So all of a sudden the dishwasher stops working, "0E error"on the panel. Did some google searches and found that it might be the filter, which I did not know needed to be changed, or worse, the motor. Took the filter off per online tutorial (easy) and mopped up all the stagnant water. Poking around, I find the small rubber check valve that has broken. Had to fish it out with tweezers. Long story short, it was not the motor and I doubt it was the filter. It was this $1.87 rubber drainage check valve. Washer works as good as new. Roy M Beaumont , CA August 05, 2018 Appliance: Model LG LDS5040ST DISHWASHER Dishwasher was getting noisy and began popping every time the pump came on Replaced the circulation pump and related rubber gaskets, seal and the rubber check valve. Didn't realize how noisy the unit had become until after I replaced the pump. Now we don't even hear it when it's running! Was easy to replace with basic tools, just like the videos. Oscar D Tucson , AZ July 26, 2020 Appliance: LG Dishwasher LDS4821ST 0e error code on LG dishwasher. 0E error code on the LG web site pointed to a problem with the draining system. Took the dishwasher outside and tried to flush and snake the drain line. A small rubber disk came out of the dishwasher. Using the drawings and parts list on the AppliancePartsPros web site, I was able to find that the part was part of the drain check valve. The video on the repair was very close to the actual repair. Ordered the check valve and a dishrack roller I was missing, and it's now fixed. AppliancePartsPros has been super useful in my appliance repairs and the prices are the lowest I could find. John W Ashburn , VA January 15, 2016 Dishwasher not draining correctly I watched a suggested video about my model and was able to easily take apart the filter unit and access the drainage area. I found a worn out "Float" Valve. In the process of replacing the float valve I went ahead and replaced a gasket and the Valve, Check. Repairs went great. Parts were a perfect fit. This is the second time I used AplliancePartsPros. Read More... 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
