Tipped the dishwasher on to its front, loosened the drain hose clamp and pulled the hose off. Then unscrew the fill hose which looks like a garden hose adapter. Cut the zip tie on the drain hose and take note of how both hoses are routed, then pull both hoses out the back of the dishwasher. Insert new hoses and route them correctly and hook everything back up. Couple of notes, I didn't have to take off the outer cabinet to do this repair. I got the new hose with connection at faucet in only 2 days after ordering. After taking the top and sides off if the dishwasher it only took 10 minutes to replace the hose. It actually took longer to disassemble and reassemble the top and sides but even that was easy. 45 minutes total. Just use your cell phone to take a picture of how the old hose is routed before installing the new one and have 2 small zip ties to keep loose wires away from hose. Read more

Found the parts I needed on the Appliance Parts Pros website. Went to my local appliance store with the pictures from the website, and they did not agree that the replacement rack roller was what I needed. I was to return with a picture of my Dishwasher upper rack to show them. This was a 30 mile round trip, that I was going to have to do again before the parts I needed would even be ordered. The video on AppliancePartsPro is not for the part I ordered. After searching a bit I learned that I needed a 3/16" hex driver to remove the two screws that hold the assembly to the washer. After that it was easy. Just remove the two screws, take off the old one and attach the new one. Easy. Read more
