Luckily replacing this part is a relatively simple process.Start by making sure the dishwasher is unplugged. After that shut off the water supply going to the dishwasher. Then disconnect the drain line from the garbage disposal or sink drain. Open the dishwasher door and pull out the bottom dish rack. Remove the upper dishrack from its track.
