This top spray arm, also called the top wash spinner, restores proper water distribution to the top of the tub. It helps deliver even spray coverage so glasses and dishes on the upper rack come out clean. What it does:

• Rotates under water pressure to spray jets across the upper rack area
• Improves wash coverage and rinsing for items on the top level
• Common failure signs: poor cleaning on the top rack, arm not spinning, clogged jets, or visible cracks/warping
• May also cause uneven spray patterns or debris buildup if the spinner is damaged

• Disconnect power at the breaker and turn off the water supply before servicing
• Open the door; remove the upper rack if needed for access
• Release the retainer or screw, remove the old spinner, and clear any debris from the hub/feed area
• Install the new spinner and ensure it spins freely before running a test cycle
