This OEM part is a griddle cover made for stoves. A griddle cover is a metal piece that can be placed over the stove's burners to be used as a cooking surface. If a griddle cover becomes damaged due to excessive use, it can become ineffective and need to be replaced. Luckily replacing a griddle cover is a very simple process.To replace the griddle cover, make sure the stove is unplugged. Being by lifting the old cover out of its place by pushing it forward and lifting upward to release it from its attachment on the stove. Once removed set it off to the side. Next, proceed to take the new cover and place it back where the old one was while making sure it locks into its attachment.
