Replaced the Thermistor Assembly and also picked up Overload Protection circuit per the comments posted by the "experts" on the web site. Both parts cheap enough. I ordered parts at 3:30 in the afternoon and they showed up the next morning from half way across the country. Outstanding service. It also fixed the 9 year old refrigerator. Elderly neighbor charged $100 for factory tech to inform her that the part wasn't available anymore, so I ordered 2 from Appliance Parts Pros.com (one for a spare) and when they arrived a few days later, I installed then in about 20-25 minutes. The purchased crisper cover lacks the printed pictures and text that was present on the front of the original, but it was no big deal. The difficult part of the repair was transferring the (1) plastic humidity adjusters for vegetable/fruit drawer, (2) plastic crisper drawer covers, and (3) metal bar on front underside of crisper cover. I was unable to find the snack drawer guide which was mounted under the middle of the large shelf for my LG refrigerator. In the parts description for my model the snack drawer was mounted under a small shelf. By ordering a right hand drawer guide with a right hand shelf bracket, I was able to move the left shelf bracket and guide from the large shelf to the small shelf.
