Somehow one of the mounting brackets disappeared after I had the cabinets and counter replaced, but these were a perfect replacement. They don't stick out as wide as the original brackets, but I think these are a better design. I replaced the controller, the thin seal @ the top and the cable in the door and has seemed to resolve the issue. I removed the three screws that were in the upper part of the door handle slot and took out the inner panel screws on the door. No need to take the screws for the hinges out. The door will spring shut once you take the inner panel off so be careful. You'll need a Torx screwdriver
