I ordered a replacement cover (Button) for the filter release. The cover fits over the release lever and was easily snapped onto the lever. Replaced the 2 parts that had broken (due to the wrong plastic selection by Kenmore IMO.
The motor needed to be re-clocked but this video https://youtu.be/QK8C8rxbkhc gave the information needed.
Between AppliancePartsPros.com and youtube I have rebuilt this fridge (water valve, Ice maker, Auger gearbox and ice shute door)
Probably could do the job in about 30 minutes now that I know how and exactly what needs to be done. Only needed the pliers to turn the motor shaft
