We ordered two new levers (parts #11 & #17). They came in two days--amazing! We watched the video for the ice lever, which was very helpful. However, we were looking for a separate video to show us how to switch out the water lever. Apparently there isn't a specific video for the water lever. I removed the shaft from ice bucket removed the blade below and pulled off bent blade. Put new blade in the bent blade spot put lower blade back on screwed it back into Ice bucket replaced in fridge and now it works perfectly without hanging up.
