Replaced door latch and switch. Parts are plastic so you must know what you are doing to avoid breaking new parts. Videos were hard to find for my model - eventually I found a video that addressed a different problem but required disassembly of a washer cabinet similar to mine. I replaced the drive block & leveling feet, it helped a lot but the washer still shakes a lot, I am now going to try replacing the suspension rod kit, These were the most recommended fixes to the problem.The repairs were not too hard, I wish I had a spanner wrench, I couldn't find it on the website. Springs were broken and back bracket was bent I replaced the bracket and all four Springs including the vertical one. I removed the cabinet as shown in the video. Then with a pair of vise grips's removed the springs one by one and replace them. The bracket was rusted And bent i used a quarter inch socket with a quarter inch ratchet to remove the screw. Due to the rust i used penetrating oil the screw. Read more

I had a problem with the drain pump on my Kenmore HE3 and I replaced it using a drain pump I ordered from APP. That fixed that problem but once I started running the washer I started getting a FH error code. I looked it up and found that it was a problem with the washer not filling properly. Watched u tube video. Ordered replacement water inlet valve and new hoses. Dismantled washer and replaced defective valve and installed new hoses. The repair went very easily and the washer worked perfectly as a result. Read more

Figured out how to diagnose it and found the error codes, all online! learned how disconnect everthing and laid the washer down on its back, saw the 2 malfunctioning pieces, The Drive motor and the shift actuator, removed them and looked up model numbers, found the parts I need here on appliance parts pros and was able to order them and have them delivered in 2 days. Fixing the problem was quite simple. First, I removed the lid assembly (thanks to the diagrams supplied by AppliancePartsPros.com!). Getting the back two screws out was very difficult because I couldn't see them from the front and I could not move the unit out of the enclosed space.
