Purchased the small bottle of the bisque touch up paint and carefully applied it to the chipped area. The size of the chip was about 1/2" X 1 1/4" so it was very noticeable to say the least. The touch up paint has a viscosity that makes it smooth and leaves no brush marks. The color is a dead ringer for the original color of my 14 year old GE stove. I highly recommend this product. I bought a shelf but was unable to insert it. The shelf should have been added when the refrig was assembled. I called your company, spoke with Danielle and was given a 20% discount offer for all the part I needed to replace. The 20% discount from Frigidaire was much higher in price than parts ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com. I took my shelf to Home Depot and had an employee cut off a portion of one prong. I ordered the replacement Cover and it arrived within 10 days. I was told that it was easy to remove the old cover and reapply the new one. I didn't believe that would be possible. However, today I removed the old one (had to use a hair dryer because the old one was brittle) and it came right off (also used a putty knife to get under the edge).
