I ordered a replacement handle and screws. The process was very easy with the help of one of your "pros" who found all the parts needed and took my order. I didn't realize I was getting both a refrigerator door handle and a freezer door handle in one set, but now we have the freezer handle if we need it. Removing the old handle and installing the replacement was very easy. It looks great, in fact the replacement is metal, whereas the original was plastic, so it looks better than it ever did! Previous tenants damaged the refrigerator by ripping the gaskets out and breaking the glass shelf over the veggie-drawers. I tend to replace things instead of fixing them, but AppliancePartsPros made it so easy to find parts. The gaskets and glass were specific to my make and model. Easy to install and worked perfectly. My 10 year old frig door was hanging down to the point it wasnt fully closing and sealing unless you picked up on it. I ordered a lower hinge bracket, upper and lower bearing, and spacer. My bracket was bent down a little due to my kids hanging on the door when looking at the bottom shelf and i discovered my bracket was held on by only two bolts when there was supposed to be three. I OBSERVED UPON OPENING THE COVER THAT FILTER ASSEMBLY COVER HAD CRACKED. ORDERED NEW COVER AND REPLACED IT. LEAK HAS STOPPED. Read more

• Light not working

Went to the Internet, entered the make and model number, read possible causes, viewed videos on fixes and determined it was probably the socket. Viewed the schematic to determine the correct part number. Ordered a new socket. Received it within three days and in less than 5 minutes replaced the light socket.
