Ok so my mom called GE and a service man came out. He said no good. The refrigerator was to old to be fixed. I took off the cover on the back of the fridge. Then took the small cover off the side of the compressor. Pulled off the relay and shook it and you could hear parts rattling inside. Ordered a repalcement and it's been working since.
