It was fairly simple. The blade just slides onto the post of the condenser. Thanks to Appliance Pros, we should not have this problem again. We were offered to buy a special 28" long brush made to clean the refrigerator coils, and it works great! :)

This is in a 15 year old Built-in Monogram that had the compressor replaced a few years ago. Before discovering the motor failure I replaced the main board since a Refrigeration Contractor I know said that if it wasn't bad it would be soon since those parts typically only last around eight years.
The motor replacement is pretty simple; more time is spent getting to the motor and re-assembling everything than actually changing the motor. The trickiest part is getting the fan set correctly on...
