I took off the cover on the back of the fridge. Then took the small cover off the side of the compressor. Pulled off the relay and shook it and you could hear parts rattling inside. Ordered a repalcement and it's been working since. Read more

When the door on the ice maker breaks, all the smell in the freezer imbed in the ice, and it seems to "dry" out. My fridge was so old I thought it was hopeless to find a door. Wrong.
