Having performed this same maintenance 5 years ago I was familiar with the process which is fairly straightforward. Fix was simple. Hardest part was taking off old part and attaching the new part. The drum was in the way but I worked around it. Started by opening dryer top, then unscrewing the timer mechanism in order to create some slack. Removed the wires from the start switch and replaced the old switch with the new one. Reconnected the wires and screwed everything back in place. Simple fix wish I had more strength in my hands. Girl Power!!
