Dryer had stopped heating Ron B. • Saint Augustine , FL • June 29, 2018
Replaced the dryer heater, and for good measure the limit and thermostat switches.
My whole experience with Appliance Parts Pros was exceptional. I had a few questions to which the pros went out of there way to get the answers I needed. They also sent me the service manual which had step by step illustrations on how to disassemble the dryer. Saved a lot of time.

Washer wouldn't run but as dryer did it obviously wasn't a circuit breaker E James W. • Wilmington , NC • September 29, 2014
First attempt was to replace the door latch mechanism...didn't fix it.
Kept researching and the washer control knob had been hard to turn so it seemed logical that was the problem. Also, at some point the end cap had broken. As it has the main grounding point inside it and as I was taking the control panel apart anyway it made sense to replace it.

This replacement upper agitator restores the washer's normal wash action by moving clothes and improving water circulation for better cleaning. It fits the factory agitator location and replaces worn, cracked, or damaged agitators to restore performance. What it does:
- Rotates during the wash cycle to move garments through the water for more effective cleaning
- Promotes water flow and prevents clothes from bunching or tangling
- Replaces a cracked, broken, or excessively worn agitator that causes poor wash results
- Helps reduce unusual noise or vibration caused by a damaged agitator
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power and water supply before beginning any repair
- Remove the agitator cap/cover and securement (bolt or clip) to lift out the old agitator
- Install hardware to manufacturer torque recommendations
- Run a short test cycle with a small load to check for leaks or vibration

This washer switch is both the lid lock and lid switch. New mounting bracket replaces older design. Which means in some applications you may need to drill off old design mounting bracket prior to mounting the new lock. If your replacing the 4 wire switch you will need to tape off light switch leads. The light will no longer be used. Instructions included.

My 20 year old frigidaire stackable washer needed the lid switch replaced so it would trigger the spin cycle Maryann S. • Owosso , MI • March 13, 2014
I unplugged the power source to the appliance. I unscrewed 2 screws and unplugged the lid switch.
I replaced the old switch with the new switch and screwed in the same 2 screws that held the old
switch in place and plugged the new lid switch back in under the lid. that's it . I plugged in the washer
and started a load of clothes. works just fine. NO HUGE REPAIR BILL. Gosh it makes me happy to
do such a simple repair to my old machine and for a very reasonable part price, my washer is...

Squeeked when dryer running Lloyd L. • Greentop , MO • September 18, 2015
Ordered rear drum bearing kit and watched video on how to replace it. I completed the job in 2 hours, it took awhile for me to figure out which screws had to be removed as I have the small washer/dryer combo that dryer sits on top.
Once replaced, put back together and ran it for a test run and it was quiet.
Thank you, the video helped, especially in using the grease supplied to hold ball bearing and to grease bearing(last time I only ordered the bearing and didn't know to use grease.
