I had no hope of separating the panel from the frame without damaging the frame since the two parts were rusted pretty badly and the screws holding the panel to the frame were completely beyond salvage. I nearly shelled out for a new Kitchenaid when I remembered APP and entered my model # just for fun. The interactive diagrams and install videos showed where all the parts "should" be, mine were badly disintegrated, so I replaced the damaged ones and swapped out all of the other easily accessible seals and bearings (also gave it a good and very disturbing cleaning).
