First, bought new terminal block , ID with wire color..
Second, found out new terminal block has different
mounting protrusions than old bracket.
Third, Bought new style bracket that fit new protrusion
design of terminal block
Had to drill out screw holding bracket onto stove top
as the phillips was stripped out.

Replaced the Controller (mother board). I previously replaced the temperature probe (316217002) but that did not resolve the problem. Replacing the Controller (318185446 / AP3583606) was much easier and quicker than replacing the probe. Simply remove the 6 or 8 screws that secure that range top and the top lifts easily exposing the Controller. There are only 4 electrical connections that easily unplug and reattach. Although the new board has more connection points, they are similarly labeled...

It was a little tricky. I watched a video it helped a little . Took the door apart, that was the easy part, BUT putting it back, could not remember sequence of parts. I would suggest take a picture of each piece as you remove them that would help.
