The bottom drawer glides tend to wear. The metal drawer sliding against the plastic glide creates a groove. After only a couple years, the groove was so large that the drawer slid in too far. It was no longer flush with the oven door. Then the left side was crooked!!! All it took was a screw driver to install these new glides.

Removing was easy. Pull out the ends of the seal, the ends aren't locked in. Then, pull up on each retaining clip. Each clip is held in with spring tension.
Reinstallation was easy too. Start on one end, Twist frayed end into cone-like shape and insert into one of the holes for the seal. Push in with a skewer/screwdriver. Take the cover off back. Pull two-wire plugs off back of switch (remember how they go back on). Pop switch out from back through the front with a screwdriver from underneath switch by pushing up on the retainer clip. Push the new switch into the hole, plug wires back in, put the cover on, finished.

Went on site, read the reviews to see how difficult it would be or if any problems. Then ordered it And received it the next day!!!
The 2 screws were a bit hard to remove. Found the right screwdriver by using the 2 new screws I ordered.
Once I got them out, lifted the old panel out. Pushed down on one corner so could get a grip on opposite corner to lift out.
Once out, put in new one. Put in new screws and good to go!
Will certainly NOT line with foil ever again!!!
