Tappen Gas Stove circa 1981 (uses Fridgidaire parts). Unplugged stove from 110 wall outlet. Spark control module located on back side of stove about mid-way down on left side under a black cover that juts out. Black cover had 2 phillips head screws...removed the black cover and the spark module was right there...held on by 2 additional phillips screws. Found the exact replacement part on this site. Parts diagrams were easy to understand. Ordered necessary parts and paid with PayPal. The part - brand new genuine Electrolux replacements arrived the next day (did not cost extra for shipping). Easy to follow instructions, took about 10 minutes to have the old corroded burners off and the brand new ones fired up. Couldn't have been easier. Read more

I ordered a new oven bottom ($65 instead of new stove). I put it off, anticipating that it wouldn't be as simple as it sounded. When I finally put the new one in, it literally took 4 minutes!! Remove the two screws in the back, old one slid out, new one slid in. Simple. Read more
