Removed 2 screws from mullion strip heater and slid it up off the tabs at top and bottom. Unhooked the plug and removed it. Verified proper mullion heater and then plugged wiring connection back together, positioned slide clips back in line and slid mullion down onto the clips. Tucked the wiring back into opening positioned cover back in place and reiinstalled the 2 screws. 1. Googled "appliance replacement parts" - found two sites to consider
2. Researched parts needed via a exploded diagram - can't fix it if you can't name it.
3. AppliancePartsPros.com had the easiest diagram and after checking, the lowest price.
4. Parts showed up within a couple of days - an in-transit note was helpful.
5. The part screws in but watch out you don't break the tiny black pin holding the part on in addition to the screw. Needed JB Weld to fix that.
