Was able to diagnose problem at AppliancePartsPros.com by entering the model #. This is apparently a common problem with this Refrigerator Replaced Light Socket Assembly, Lamp Reflector, Lamp Case and Lamp Cover. Also replaced the main circuit board (not sure if this was necessary). I opened the front cover (breaking the spear that holds it in place on the right hand side), easily removed the defective reservoir and replaced it with the new one. I also replaced the front cover with a new cover to make up for the broken spear. Took less than 10 minutes. Read more

The purchased crisper cover lacks the printed pictures and text that was present on the front of the original, but it was no big deal. The difficult part of the repair was transferring the (1) plastic humidity adjusters for vegetable/fruit drawer, (2) plastic crisper drawer covers, and (3) metal bar on front underside of crisper cover.
