Lg refrigerator a big disappointment with too many broken plastic parts handle on snack tray cracked parts of snack pan guide rails broken off new water filter needed Chigitta J. • Granite Bay , CA • January 17, 2016
Popped out the broken guide rails and snapped in new guide rails then slid in new snack tray. Removed old filter and replaced with new. No tools or service repairman was required. So happy to have found a company that carries the parts I needed at a very reasonable price, an easy to use website and super fast delivery. I will definately use AppliancePartsPros.com again and also refer them to my friends and family. Thank you, thank you!

Lower freezer door would not stay shut turns out a shaft with gears was missing from initial install Bruce M. • New River , AZ • August 08, 2016
Ordered the parts, which was a pair of ice gears and the bar that connects them. Had to refer to upper freezer drawer to figure out how the gears fit into the rails. Turns out they snap into a plastic hub that is riveted on the rail. Took some effort to finally get them to snap on. At first it seemed like they would not fit. Really had to apply force to get them to go on. Then added bar, which seems to me to be slightly short in length. It works, but I think if any tension is put on it,...

This upper hinge assembly secures and guides the refrigerator door, restoring proper door alignment and smooth opening/closing. It replaces a worn or damaged hinge to help stop sagging, rubbing, or noisy movement. What it does:
- Provides the pivot point that lets the refrigerator door swing open and closed.
- Restores correct door alignment to reduce gaps and improve sealing.
- Stops symptoms like a sagging or misaligned door, scraping sounds, or loose movement.
- Works with existing screws and trim when installed correctly.
What's included: One upper hinge assembly. Install notes:
- Unplug the appliance or disconnect power before starting any repair.
- Support the door while removing and installing the hinge to prevent it from dropping.
- Use the manufacturer's service manual or diagrams for fastener locations and torque; do not force parts.
