I removed the 24mm nut holding the steel lower rotor, slid the rotor off, removed the upper coupling from the clutch unit, (3 #2 phillips screws with Loctite), removed all broken pieces, lightly lubed the central splined shaft, and reassembled the lower rotor.

The left rear suspension plastic housing holding the spring managed to crack somehow. I ordered two new ones in case I found another that needed replacement.
