The washer sounded like a jet plane when it went through the spin cycle very loud noise Lane C. • Pleasant Garden , NC • February 24, 2015
I originally thought the washer had a bad bearing, but once I got it disassembled it the spider arms were broken. This required the replacement of the tub assembly. While replacing the tub I replaced all of the water bellows. The parts came quickly, the live chat and videos were very helpful. This washer has to be completely disassembled to replace the drum, so mark all the screw locations, tag and bag everything and take lots of pics. It was a very rewarding project and hundreds of dollars...

This is a friction oil damper that mounts on the lid hinge of a top-load washing machine. It controls the speed at which the lid opens and closes, preventing it from slamming shut or swinging open too quickly. Replace this part if the washer lid drops down forcefully, no longer stays open on its own, or if the existing damper is leaking oil.

I purchased a new lg washer at auction got it home and realized there were no leveling legs it took a while to research which legs fit as the documentation didn't have a part # Joni M. • Zimmerman , MN • October 11, 2015
Ended up at this site by doing a Google search, and did an on-line chat to see if they could help. I had no idea what the legs would look like, but the rep I talked to was VERY helpful and we narrowed it down to the ones I eventually purchased. Received them in a couple of days and they fit!! I was so excited - it couldn't have worked out better. Thank you so much!!

Cracked suspension rod spring housing James W. • Amarillo , TX • February 01, 2019
The left rear suspension plastic housing holding the spring managed to crack somehow. I ordered two new ones in case I found another that needed replacement. After figuring out how to remove the top of the washer, the replacement was very simple. Only tool I needed was a Phillips screwdriver to remove the 4 screws holding the top down. I will say, watched a lot of videos on the computer before I started. Not all washers come apart the same. Now that I have done one, if I need to open it up...
