This PCB power control board is the main electronic control that manages appliance functions and power distribution. Replacing a failed board restores proper control and helps resolve electronic and power-related faults. What it does
- Controls and coordinates appliance functions by processing user inputs and sending signals to motors, valves, heaters, and displays
- Manages power distribution to subsystems and protects against erratic electrical behavior
- Common symptoms of a failing board: appliance won't start, intermittent operation, unresponsive controls, or error codes tied to electronic control
- Replacing the board often resolves communication faults and loss-of-function related to the main control electronics
What's included
- One PCB power control board assembly (as shown)
Install notes
- Disconnect power before starting; risk of electric shock if power is not isolated
- Handle the board by its edges and avoid touching components or connector pins to prevent static damage
- Verify connector alignment and seating; do not force connectors—confirm match to the wiring harness

This dispenser button lever activates your refrigerator's water or ice dispensing mechanism when pressed. It transfers the pushing force from the external button to the internal switch that controls water flow or ice release. Replace this lever if your dispenser won't activate when pressed or if the button feels loose or unresponsive.

An lg double door refrigerator had broken drawers and a seal/stop cracked off so one door wouldn't close Linda R. • Saint Petersburg , FL • October 04, 2014
We looked at the diagrams on your site and were able to tell which parts we needed. We had tried other sites and could not recognize the parts because the diagrams did not have a zoom. LG would not give us the information because they have a contract with a local parts/repair company. We bought three parts and were able to fix the fridge without bringing in any outside help. We weren't sure about the seal/stop part but once we saw it we figured out how to replace it.

Lower freezer door would not stay shut turns out a shaft with gears was missing from initial install Bruce M. • New River , AZ • August 08, 2016
Ordered the parts, which was a pair of ice gears and the bar that connects them. Had to refer to upper freezer drawer to figure out how the gears fit into the rails. Turns out they snap into a plastic hub that is riveted on the rail. Took some effort to finally get them to snap on. At first it seemed like they would not fit. Really had to apply force to get them to go on. Then added bar, which seems to me to be slightly short in length. It works, but I think if any tension is put on it,...
