This inner drum assembly holds and moves your clothes during the wash and spin cycles in your washer. It includes the perforated basket where clothes are placed and rotates to create washing action and remove water during spinning. Replace this assembly if you notice cracks in the drum, clothes getting caught or torn, or excessive vibration during the spin cycle.

If your LG Front load washers sounds like a freight train, STOP USING IT. You're doing more damage and will need more parts to fix it. I drained the unit. Removed the front cover which is only held on by a couple of screws and the retainer ring that holds the rubber boot the seal for the door. But pretty straight forward after that. Just switch out the the the part its location is on the bottom lert. The case assembly is located under the top cover...the top cover os held down by 2 screws once out the cover slides of the part is on the left side just remove wires plugs and change out you only have to remove the screws holding... While I was replacing springs I decided to replace the gasket since I couldn't clean it anymore. Unfortunately that was on back order so I can't fix it just yet. I have taken this LG machine apart already and it is easy to work on. I love all the videos online that go step by step. This repair is simple.
