2, Pulled off facia around controls on freezer door,, you have to pull out the bottom part of the chute first , its clipped in
3. Disconnected the front panel
4. Unscrewed the next panel to allow access to the chute flap
5. Removed 1 screw holding complete flap and mechanism and replaced with new
6. Re installed all parts in reverse

The left hinge works on the right side as well as the left. All you have to do is unscrew the little plastic post and move it to the other hole. So even though the web might say that the left hinge assembly is not compatible with your fridge, or that the right hinge assembly is no longer available, it will still work.
