0e drainage error code Christopher L. • Walnut Creek , CA • February 24, 2015
So all of a sudden the dishwasher stops working, "0E error"on the panel. Did some google searches and found that it might be the filter, which I did not know needed to be changed, or worse, the motor. Took the filter off per online tutorial (easy) and mopped up all the stagnant water. Poking around, I find the small rubber check valve that has broken. Had to fish it out with tweezers. Long story short, it was not the motor and I doubt it was the filter. It was this $1.87 rubber drainage...

Main wash motor froze and then burned out the controller too i had to buy a new motor so the completely assembled sump with all motors and valves and heating element was a real steal for +$10 Mike K. • Fort Collins , CO • May 01, 2015
I bought a new controller first and installed it. The exact replacement controller was no longer available and I had to modify two AC connectors that changed from 3 pins with two wires to two pins with two wires. This was not expected but I made it work just fine by getting the three pin connectors on the cable to fit the two pin by breaking out the center web in the board two pin and then shaving off the raised key plastic on the wires. Then on power up, I found that the wash motor did not...

Top spray arm not spinning in lg dishwasher Mark F. • San Carlos , CA • February 02, 2020
I replaced the upper nozzle guide, nozzle shaft and upper spray arm. I also replaced the pump gasket for good measure.
Top rack dishes had not been cleaning properly. I first removed the filter assembly to inspect the main pump from above. It was clogged but after cleaning and reassembly I observed that while middle and bottom spray arms were changing position, the upper spray arm was not. I confirmed that water was flowing through the upper spray arm by placing some empty yogurt pots on a...

LG dishwasher not cleaning well. Bt P. • Milwaukee , WI • January 24, 2023
Followed the LG owner's manual instructions for cleaning the wash "arms". After that was complete the lower arm wouldn't operate. The filter assemble was caked with calcium, so decided to replace it and the lower spray arm and the "Holder" as your catalog described it. Removal and replacement were easy. The exploded parts diagrams on your website were very helpful.

Missing brackets and screw hole cover Brian S. • Ashland , MO • March 15, 2016
Thanks to LG NOT sending the parts THEY say are included with the dishwasher, I had to buy them in order to install the appliance. I sure hope the LG appliance performs better than their customer service.
Very simple fix....bought the EXACT items needed from AppliancePartsPros.com and in just a matter of two days, had the parts needed. Amazing! Excellent experience.
The fix was attaching the brackets to the cabinet and screwing it to the countertop. Also just popping the screw covers...

Leaky lg dishwasher Tom B. • Perrysburg , OH • October 09, 2015
I ordered a tub seal to fix a gasket that let go in our LG LDS4821BB. Once I tore it apart to get the gasket out (little trouble) I also found what has made this DW stink for the last year. I needed to also replace the filter unit in the bottom of the tub and clean the heater area. I ordered the filter the same day I got the gasket. Both arrived WITHIN 48hrs of my order. Wow!! What more can you ask for? Great prices too. Both parts were replaced by removing a total of 12 screws and easy...

My lg lds5540st was squealing during the wash cycle David D. • Alabaster , AL • April 21, 2017
I replaced the dishwasher circulation motor. I also replaced the impeller assembly, although it turns out that was not necessary. Actually replacing the motor was straightforward: Remove the upper and lower racks. Turn off the breaker and water supply. Disconnect power, supply water and drain hose. Slide out the dishwasher. Inside the dishwasher, unscrew the two screws holding on the bottom rotating sprayer and remove the sprayer, unscrew the one screw holding the little metal bracket and...
