I explained to the representative the piece that was missing on my washer. I had given him the model number etc. He was very helpful to make sure I got the right part he checked it three times just to make sure it was right. I received the part in a very timely matter. This is a main control board intended for use with washing machines. This is the part that controls all of the functions on the appliance. This includes managing each cycle.When this part fails, the controls will not work properly. When the button to start the wash is pressed, nothing will happen. It is also possible that some functions will work while others won't. The appliance may also display an LE error code. In some cases, the washing machine will not turn on, fill, spin, or drain. If the cycle does start, it will likely stop working after a few seconds if this part has gone bad. Persistent LE code despite swapping the Hall sensor. Wiring harness checked out ok from sensor and motor to the motherboard.with low resistance values and no changes with moving the wiring bundles, so I assumed no internal wiring breaks. I followed the video that was posted on your website, very informative and easy to follow. Only problem was, was the drum and bearings refused to separate, even after a week of applying rust buster and using a 5 lb sledge hammer and 2x4 wood. Spoke with one of your exceedingly helpful assistants on the phone and he gave me the only other option was to replace the rear drum assembly and the inner drum. So easy!!
