Troubleshooting process: Verify 120V to machine, verify 120V output from noise filter, verify 120V into main power board (PCB). Main power board LED not on. This says board is bad. To remove board remove a couple of the closest wiring harness tie downs, this will allow you to remove the connectors from the board a little more easily.
