Replaced motor assembly. Also replaced drum belt since I was in there. Change out was SIMPLE, Full motor assembly came as one piece, saved a ton of time from having to disasemble the motor only. Total time was less then 45min.

At first I thought it was the dryer belt. The drum would spin freely with no resistance. I went to Youtube to find a instructional video on how to change the belt. After a few short steps on had access to the dryer belt. To my dismay it wasn't the belt at all. I realized after doing a quick inspection that the idler wheel used to put tension on the belt had broken and was causing the issues.
