After finding an excellent video on Youtube that addressed the exact problem I had, I ordered: a defrost heater and also replaced the Thermo Bimetal-Protec, and a sensor. The biggest problem was getting the ice that had formed on the back of my refrigerator to melt. I allowed this to happen on its own without applying heat as I feared heat may damage some of the plastic parts on the refrigerator. Because the Fan Motor on the Fridge side was not working originally, the Evaporator coil would freeze up AND the water dispenser would freeze up as well. Based on what I found on the internet, I ordered the Temperature Sensor and Thermal Fuse first with AppliancePartsPros.com and replaced them. Even after that, it was the same symptom with the fridge temperature. Had a technician come in to diagnose that the problem is with the Motor Fan.
