1. Check drain pump
It was free from obstructions and impeller worked smoothly so it was ruled out.
2. Replace the water pressure sensor switch
Unplug washer, take off top panel on washing machine. Disconnect hose going to switch on upper right hand corner. Disconnect wires that plug into switch. Take out screw holding switch in place. Install is reverse.
Washer works again.
This is the fifth time I have fixed this washer myself. Each time using this website for parts. Washer is 9 years old.

Removed top (two screws on back). Removed detergent box (two screws in front). Hose is held in place by compression clamps. Make sure hose is not twisted when box is reinstalled.
