James G Lenhartsville , PA October 25, 2019 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF218ANB/XAA-0000 Samsung washer drum would not spin I watched the YouTube repair video from Appliance Parts Pros. The video was excellent and provided an accurate, step-by-step process on how to fix the problem. It was challenging since there were a lot of disassemblies required in order to get to the part that was needed to be repaired. The parts were ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com and received the next day. I was back watching the video for the reassembly and in no time the washer was back in position and running like a new machine and I saved myself several hundreds of dollars in the process fixing it myself. The instructional YouTube video was WONDERFUL. It gave us confidence that we could do the repair ourselves. It not only showed how to take the washer apart but also how to put it back together.
