Initially I tried a video on your site for a similar washing machine but the Samsung had different screw locations for the face and you had to remove the small front door at the base of the washing machine as well to remove the front cover. At first I thought it was the bearing, but when I got it apart I found the main shaft had corroded from possibly the soap powder and bleach combo build up on the part. After I cleaned it all up I found one of the three mounting braces was cracked and causing the unit to shake during the spin cycle. Once I replaced that part and replaced a few missing parts I lost all found on your store the unit went together just as it came apart and works excellent. Read more

When we first removed the drain filter from the washer, we noticed the O-ring had a slight defect which made removal hard and reinstallation almost a nightmare. Finally we ordered another filter when we ordered a water valve/thermistor for the mother-in-law's washer. Filter installed a lot easier than the original one. Should have ordered one way sooner! Using the video, I disassembled the washer and removed the suspect part (Spider Arm), which I found to be cracked. First I checked the breaker and outlet and both were good...then I unplugged the machine, took the top off, and removed the control panel.
