When I opened the rear cover and check the temperature sensor, I noticed the wire connection was damp. I dried it up with a hair dryer and it worked again for a few days. Then the problem came back. When I gone back to inspect the second time, i noticed a lot of water on the floor. I knew there was a leak. Replacing the upper nozzle connector did the trick. I could not see damage in the older upper nozzle, it is possible that I could have fixed this just by tightening the parts - but i am happy I purchased both the upper nozzle and check valve ball, it feels good to have installed brand new parts in the washer. The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. All other controls worked and there was no error code displayed. The repair was to replace the whole control board which cost around $100. Heavy sigh.. Be sure to keep track of all your screws. I took it apart and discovered what parts to replace. Called support to verify parts needed and with their help, we ordered everything we needed. Replaced parts and now it's like I have a new machine. Read more

Normally, I hire someone to come fix washer or dryer problems as time is limited and if the cost is close or more than the machine, I buy a new one instead. But since we are on shelter-in-place, I figure I could repair it since I have more time on my hands and my brother assured me, it was not hard to do. Replaced the parts I ordered. Mostly likely the problem was the door lock switch. It appeared that the lock would not activate when comparing with the replacement part. Read more

After receiving the part, I found I had to dismantle the left side of the handle in order to fix the right side that was broken. When I took the left side of the handle off I found the plastic piece that broke on the right side was about to break on the left side also. Having all the details and in advance of another broken handle, I ordered the part, just to have when it breaks. Read more
