This circulation pump repair kit is a genuine Bosch part, sold individually. This circulation pump repair kit can be used as a replacement part for a dishwasher. This part supplies all of the necessary components to facilitate the replacement of the dishwasher impeller and seal. The impeller of a dishwasher sprays and drains the water during a standard dishwasher cycle, and the seal keeps the interior of the dishwasher protected from external materials.A circulation pump repair kit might have to be ordered as a replacement part for the impeller and seal of a dishwasher in the event that the impeller and the seal suffer damage that prevents the components from serving their dual functions. Damage can include punctures, tears, scrapes, or warping from general wear and tear or as the result of a direct impact collision with a hard object. If this occurs, the circulation pump repair kit should be ordered as a complete, genuine OEM replacement part. This is an OEM part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is sold individually. This circulation pump repair kit is compatible with the following appliance brands: Bosch, Kenmore, Thermador, and Gaggenau.

Rael for Model Number bosch sgs55e02eu/01 dishwasher

I have a bosch sgs55e02eu/01 dishwasher. It works but does not remove all the soap from the dispenser. The technition says the bosch circlulation pumps is not work 100% so is not strong enough to force the water through arms as fast as they should. We checked the impeller and it is 100% ok. Is there anything else I can do beside replacing the pump as it is almost the price of a new one. Can you have the pump re-conditioned / re-wired? Is it worth getting a second hand one?

1 Answer

Rael, If the impeller is good and the pump is not circulating enough pressure to put water through the spray arms then this would be a pump assembly issue and would need to be replaced. Unfortunately we do not have information on reworking the motor.

Jimbob, The gasket will tight and you have to use some force to get the circulation pump back in place. Try adding a little Vaseline to it to allow it to slide easier.

Bob, The circulation motor and the drain pump are 2 separate components. You will want to check the impeller on the circulation motor to make sure that there is no damage to it and that there is no damage to the impeller of the unit. With the no drain would check the drain motor for damage as well.

Hello Jesse, This sounds like the water valve is failing which will cause water to splatter into the base of the unit causing the drain pump to kick on. To correct this issue, remove the water valve and use the opening to wick the water from the base with a towel which has no fabric softener in it since the fabric softener will repel the water instead of drawing it out. Once the water is cleared from the base, replace the water valve 00425458 with a new one.

Carl for Model Number bosch shu9915uc/u12 dishwasher

Making a droning sound. Was filled with water and ejecting water from the lower arm. Water didn't seem to pump out, so I bailed and sponged it out and cleared any obstructions from drain and impeller area. Blew through drain pipe, no obstruction. Started washer, same droning sound but no water at all. Pulled lower cover plate and hear the droning sound coming from clearly from the circulation pump. so... new circulation pump or drain pump or water inlet valve? Thanks

Scott, You will want to make sure that you reinstalled everything properly, making sure that the oring is properly seated. This is the most common cause for the unit to leak after installing this kit.
