Eric August 10, 2013 for Model Number wfmc4300uc/01|fd8504|901740 I have a bosch washing machine that needs a pump and I can't find one. Any help would be appreciated.
Sam August 02, 2013 for Model Number Bosch clothes washer WFK 2401 A few days ago I ordered a replacement drain pump from appliance pros. I received it yesterday and installed it this morning. The installation went well. However when the machine failed to operate with the old pump this is what happened. At the end of the final spin cycle the machine gave the usual flashing CL (complete) message in the LED display and beeped. The clothes were very wet and when removed there was quite a bit of water in the washer. I tried to perform the drain cycle but the machine was stuck in the CL mode and none of the buttons respond. It is still in that mode even after installation of the new pump. Is there a way I can reset the machine? please advise. Your service was great I got my new pump in two days. Thanks for your help.
1 Answer Hello Sam. Unplug for about 30 minutes. If the issue continues, you will need to replace the control board in the unit. Read More...
Sam B July 29, 2013 for Model Number Bosch clothes washer WFK 2401 My clothes washer completed a wash cycle and showed the flashing CL in the digital display. However the clothes were not spun dry and the washer has a lot of water in it. I tried to set the washer to drain but it is unresponsive in any setting. I performed the error code procedure and got the 03 error code once but have since tried it and am getting the 00 code. The drain tube is not obstructed as far as I can tell. Do I need to replace the pump? I have had issues with this machine in the past not spinning dry and have had to do an additional spin cycle to get the clothes spun out. Also what part is the replacement pump for this model. Thanks SAM
1 Answer Hello Sam. If the pump is not working, and the hoses or pump is not clogged, you will need to replace the drain pump on the unit. Read More...

Richard January 23, 2013 for Model Number SHE4APO6UC When my Bosch dishwasher empties, it make a terrible grinding sound. I found some pieces of glass in the filter, but I suspect some of the glass may have gotten pass the filter into the drain pump. The dishwasher still drains OK. Can I disassemble the pump and clean it out or must the unit be replaced?
1 Answer Hello Richard, If you have a wet-vac, remove the screens and the torx headed screws to access the pump impeller. Use the wet-vac in this area to remove the glass chips. Read More...

Michael December 06, 2012 for Model Number wcfm6400 I have a Bosch washer and the terminal going into the back of the water pump has 2 wires. Well one of them came out while being moved/cleaned. How do I get it back in - does the clip come apart or would it have to be saudered? I am uncertain whether I need a tech or whether I can buy the part and reconnect it myself. thanks michael
1 Answer Hello Michael. There should be a clip on the terminal of the wire. You will bend it out to catch inside the connector. Then insert the wire and terminal into the connector until the clip snaps into place. Read More...
