Hello Craig. Check and make sure the screens are not clogged and the unit is not siphoning out the water. If all is good, you will need to order and replace the valves on the unit. Thank you.

Hello Joe. The compatibility tool only works for original part numbers. When a part number gets upgraded or improved, then the original part number gets changed. The compatibility tool will not recognize those with the model numbers. You will need to order 00436440. Thank you.

Hello George, Unfortunately we do not have any type of diagram that will show what you are inquiring about. The seal would not go around the impeller but will go around the housing and then lock into place. If you cannot get the new one back together, all you have to do is give us a call at 1-877-477-7278 and advise the representative of the situation and we can ship out another pump under the parts warranty. It is no necessary to by a new washing machine because of this problem since we take care of our customers.

Hello Charlie. Remove front door, then loosen and remove hoses. Disconnect manual release rod from clip and disconnect drain pump wire harness. Carefully slide pump toward rear of washer, then lift it out of washer (taking care to not damage the four rubber feet). Drain pumps are mounted on four rubber feet to dampen vibration & noise. To install them, carefully insert all four feet into notches in washer base and slide the pump forward.

Books4cars, No, The unit will not need to be removed from the pedestal to replace the drain pump. You would want to go through the same procedure as normal to access the pump.

Pam, The drain pump is located towards the front of the unit an would not be able to be replaced from the back of the unit.
