Frank C December 20, 2017 for Model Number WFVC5400UC/19 I believe I need to replace my drain pump. I got an error code E13. I opened the drain, got the water out, but it still does not work. I want to make sure I am getting the correct part. It shows part # AP3764202 but it looks black and the original is white. Is this the correct part for my washing machine Model WFVC5400UC/19?

1 Answer Hello Joe. The compatibility tool only works for original part numbers. When a part number gets upgraded or improved, then the original part number gets changed. The compatibility tool will not recognize those with the model numbers. You will need to order 00436440. Thank you. Read More...

George May 20, 2017 for Model Number WFMC3200UC/01 From you I ordered Bosch Washing machine drain pump assembly AP3764202 (~00436440) for WFMC3200UC/01. I had, of course, watched videos on how this goes, and promptly twisted the motor-assembly from the pump-body. That was a mistake. There was no diagram or instructions available. The pump cannot be reassembled. It's time to go to the appliance store for a replacement washer.
1 Answer Hello George, Unfortunately we do not have any type of diagram that will show what you are inquiring about. The seal would not go around the impeller but will go around the housing and then lock into place. If you cannot get the new one back together, all you have to do is give us a call at 1-877-477-7278 and advise the representative of the situation and we can ship out another pump under the parts warranty. 1 Answer Hello Charlie. Remove front door, then loosen and remove hoses. Disconnect manual release rod from clip and disconnect drain pump wire harness. Carefully slide pump toward rear of washer, then lift it out of washer (taking care to not damage the four rubber feet). Drain pumps are mounted on four rubber feet to dampen vibration & noise.
