Steve March 18, 2019 for Model Number she3arf6uc/22 Won't drain, e-24, then e-25 codes show up. Could it be the pump? It's only 2 years old! Can you send me the proper pump part number, and directions for installation if you have them? Thank you.
1 Answer Steve, these error codes are showing that the unit has a blockage not allowing the unit to drain. You may want to check the drain pump housing, drain check valve, drain hose, and the inlet where the unit drains into for any clogs. If there are no clogs, then the issue would be with the drain pump [00631200] which can be removed by removing the base from the tub. Once the base is removed, the drain pump is removed by pressing the locking tab and rotating counter clock wise. Read More...
