Steve, these error codes are showing that the unit has a blockage not allowing the unit to drain. You may want to check the drain pump housing,drain check valve, drain hose, and the inlet where the unit drains into for any clogs. If there are no clogs, then the issue would be with the drain pump [00631200] which can be removed by removing the base from the tub. Once the base is removed, the drain pump is removed by pressing the locking tab and rotating counter clock wise.

Craig, the sump seal is only available with the sump assembly kit and the kit you will want to use is 11002716 00668102 per the manufacturer parts diagram.

Grant, To remove the base you will need to pull the unit out and on the back there will be 2 screws on the back corners and 2 on the front corners that would need to be removed. Once removed lay the unit on its back and the base will come off.
