Tim September 07, 2017 for Model Number CPS127 It is taking a long time to heat oven. The bottom element is not getting hot? The broiler element is warming the oven and glows. I did take out the bottom element and tested for continuity and did get a reading. It was not 0. Not sure what to do and look for next? Any help would be helpful. Thanks
1 Answer Tim, The most likely cause for this issue will be a faulty relay board. The part number for the board will be 62692 and unfortunately has been discontinued by the manufacturer with no suitable replacement available. Read More...
Stewart O. June 15, 2017 for Model Number Dacor cpo 130 No temperature reading comes on at all. The oven turns off after a few seconds. The red reset switch is down so nothing to reset?
1 Answer Hello Stewart, You will need to check the output of the low voltage transformer that is located on the relay board 82837. I'm sorry but this part 82837 has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Jim Liles March 28, 2017 for Model Number Dacor double oven ECPS 227S Enter bake either top or bottom goes to pre bake but element does not heat shows pre heat135. Bottom oven place on broil starts heating when above say 175 switch to bake and it continues on up to temp and works. Top oven will not heat either bake or broil??

Tammi January 20, 2017 for Model Number CPS127 I have a dacor glass front "Convection Plus" wall oven that is not coming on. When the bake, conv. bake or broil button is pushed a preheat temp comes on in the display for only a few seconds before the whole thing shuts off. It is at least 10 years old and possibly even a 1994 model. I don't want to waste my time with a repairman and fee if the control board is so old that it's unavailable. Do you know if the board is available and cost? I'm trying to estimate what a repair or new control board would be versus just buying a cheap, new wall oven. I believe it is a Single Electric, model no. CPS127
1 Answer Tammi, This would be a relay board that is faulty and would be part number DE81-09179A. Read More...

Rich July 18, 2016 for Model Number MOH2275 Oven displayed U43 relay board message. Cut off power; when turned it back on, message had disappeared, and oven was able to start heating (unresponsive when message was up). After 15 minutes, there was a strange rattling sound and the oven lights began to flicker. Then a U60 oven cooling fan message appeared. Have you ever seen a fan failure cause a relay board message? Trying to figure out where to start and whether this will be a large or minor repair. Thanks in advance.
1 Answer Rich, It is very possible that the cooling fan could cause the U43 error message. If the cooling fan is not circulating the heat properly it can cause the board to overheat and cause this type of error. Read More...
Debbie July 09, 2016 for Model Number MOH2275 U43 relay board message; top oven no power (not even light), bottom oven works fine. What part do I need and is it something I can do myself? If so, can you give instructions/description? Any information on what could cause the relay board to go? We have never had a single problem with it, went away on vacation, and when we came back, had this message. Thanks.
1 Answer Debbie, You would want to first try to disconnect power to the unit for about 30 minutes to let the control board reset itself. Reconnect power and see if the error code returns. If the error returns you would need part number DE81-09742A. Unfortunately we do not have any technical information on this unit to be able to assist with replacement but should just be a matter of removing the control panel to access the relay board. Adam February 15, 2016 for Model Number Dacor RSD30S When I go to set the oven, the display should start at 350 degrees and then you adjust the desired temperature up/down from there. Instead, after I touch Convection Bake, the initial temperature shown is 177 degrees, and the up/down arrows adjust the displayed temperature by only a couple of degrees at a time. The oven really is heating to 350 degrees, but it shows only 177 degrees on the display. Thanks
1 Answer Hello Adam, This can be the temperature sensor DE81-03937A, the harness from the sensor and the PCB, or the PCB DE81-09179A. Read More...
