Krista June 29, 2015 for Model Number Frigidaire FEF366ECC We just bought a new house and our oven's heating element in the stove has no legs to hold it up from the bottom of the oven. So the heating element touches the floor of the oven. (The legs were just sitting in the oven, broken off. I am worried the oven may catch fire. We haven't had any issues so far but was wondering if we should buy a new Oven Bake Element, will it include new legs to hold it off the ground?
1 Answer Hello Krista. In order for the oven to heat properly, you will need to replace the element in the unit. Otherwise, the heat is transferring from the element to the floor of the unit. Read More...

Mike April 19, 2015 for Model Number FEF326ASH My Broiler element heats up as expected but when just using oven it does not heat up to the expected temperature. Is that the bake element that I need to replace? Thx
1 Answer Hello Mike. You will need to test the bake element and see if it is bad and needs to be replaced on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Bob February 28, 2015 I have a Whirlpool built in oven, and need to replace the bottom element. The only numbers I have are RB160PXL-2, and 4457010. The numbers on the oven are unreadable. This is an older oven, maybe 1985. I was wondering if your element part no.AP4356505 would work? The measurements are the same as the element I have. Thank You
