J.T. November 04, 2014 for Model Number FEF366CCD There was a loud pop from the oven and it tripped the breaker. After resetting the breaker, range knobs work and hear up electric range top, but buttons for oven control do not. Also, no clock, or anything else. Stove light does work. I would like to narrow down the problem and only replace the faulty components if possible. Thanks
1 Answer Hello J.T., If the wiring is good from the terminal block to the clock assembly, the clock assembly 316220805 is going to be the issue. Read More...
Nick August 06, 2014 for Model Number FEF366CCE Good morning- We have a Frigidaire Classic Series FEF366CCE, about 11 years old. Heard a pop, breaker flipped, power supply OK, have power & function on the 4 elements, oven light turns on and off. NO digital display, unable to operate oven, as all controls are touch-pads on the face of the range where readout/display is. Hoping this is just a bad control board. Any advice? Thank you!
1 Answer Hello Nick. Check and see if there is power to the board. If so, and the board does not work, you will need to replace the board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Jesus I July 19, 2014 for Model Number kenmore 790-92322302 Everything looks normal, clock and timer, oven does not heat at all.
1 Answer Jesus I, You will want to check to see if you are getting 240 vac on the control board between Bake and L2 when the unit is set for bake. If there is 240 vac then the bake element would most likely be the cause of failure. If there is not 240 vac then the oven control board is faulty and would need to be replaced. Read More...
Mr. June 29, 2014 for Model Number FEF366CCC Today when my wife was cooking breakfast, there was a loud pop and it tripped the circuit breaker. I then reset the breaker and the oven light displayed *8 and no buttons are working. The "clock" light is on and no part of the oven is functional. The stove-top still does work. I opened the back panel in looked at the circuit board. There was no obvious damage. The model number is FEF366CC, Frigidaire Classic series. Can you help?
1 Answer Hello Mr., This is most likely going to be the clock/control 316207511 since there is no *8 that is a valid code. Read More...
Rene May 14, 2014 for Model Number fef352awf I have a Frigidaire oven range and I know I need to replace the control board. However, are there any other parts that I should replace at the same time that the control board faulting out may have affected?
1 Answer Hello Rene. If you are sure the board is bad then usually that is all you need to repair the unit. However, there is no way for us to be 100% sure about that. Read More...
Eric May 01, 2014 for Model Number FEF366CBC Wife turned on the oven then heard a loud pop. When I reset the circuit breaker, it first shows 0 then 100, then F1 along with loud beeping and locks the door. Touching the up or down arrows turns it off momentarily so is it the oven control unit and will it require a new face or not?
1 Answer Hello Eric. No, you will need to order and replace the control board 316207511 and the overlay 316220805 to repair the issue with the unit. The board is bad. Read More...
Bele April 17, 2014 for Model Number 316207511 Have a Frigidaire Electric Range (model #FEF366CBF) and the bake element will not heat up. Came home one day and set the oven only to come back a few minutes later to realize it was still cold. Replaced the element itself a few weeks ago, but it didn't solve anything. The clock, temperature and even the broil functions work just fine, but when I set it to bake, nothing, not even an error code. Pulled it from the wall, took it apart and didn't see anything loose or disconnected. I'm not sure what could have happened, but when I went to a local parts store someone suggested it could be the EOC. Any possible suggestions? Thanks in advance!
1 Answer Bele, you'll need to make sure you have a full 240v going to the range and from the electronic board to the element. If the element isn't getting 240v it will not heat. Check the wiring and connections and if ok, replace the electronic board part number 316207511. Thanks! Read More...
Andy April 02, 2014 for Model Number 790.95684301 We have a Kenmore electric range and the other day after preheating the oven we heard a pop, saw a flash from the control panel and the digital clock went blank. It flipped the breaker. After resetting the breaker the clock and oven controls still do not work (no error code on the digital clock), but the cook top burners still work. I shut the breaker off and the next day turned the breaker back on and heard clicking from the control panel, so I flipped the breaker off again. Is the control panel the problem (PN 316207511) or is there something else I need to check or replace? Thanks.
1 Answer Hello Andy. Check and see if there is a bad wire inside the unit. If there is no wiring issue, you will need to order and replace the control board 316207511 in the unit. Read More...

Kristy March 02, 2014 Is there a black overlay for part number ? It looks like there is no overlay on this part. I would need a black one. Or is there a way to remove the old overlay and put it on the new part?
