Larry, Before you replace the control, you may want to get an average oven temperature first. Preheat the oven 15 minutes, Allow the oven temperature to cycle three(3) times after the pre heat, If the average temperature is within 25 dgrs. +/- of the set temp. than the sensor and control are OK and can be calibrated to achieve a more accurate temperature. If the average temperature is +/- 30 dgrs. of the set temperature, then the ERC/Clock will need to be replaced.

Hello Shane, You will need to replace the clock assembly 318185447. This part contains the relay responsible for the issue you are experiencing. This is not a difficult repair and you should be able to complete this repair yourself if you are able to pull the unit out to access the rear of the unit.

Shane, You're on track and on target. The element remains on most likely because the bake relay on the ERC/Clock is stuck closed and applying L1 power to the element. The L2 leg of power to the element is constant, as long as the power is supplied to the range, the element will heat .

Warren, The F3 error code would be a open sensor or wiring issue. You will want to check the wiring in the probe circuit for possible open condition. Check the resistance of the sensor 316217002 at room temperature which should read approximately 1090 ohms. If it is not within range then replace the sensor. If the sensor checks ok and the wiring is good then replace the control board 318185447.

Hello Peg, You will want to check the terminal block to make sure that you are getting 240 vac. If you are getting 240vac at terminal block and you have 120 volts from l1 to neutral on the control then you have a bad clock and need to replace.
