Warren R for Model Number FEF455BBC I have a F3 code coming up when trying to set bake temp and broil. I test the temp sensor with ohms reader and range came in around 1300 and when I added heat to it, the number dropped. Does this sound like an EOC problem or sensor problem?
Answer Warren, The F3 error code would be a open sensor or wiring issue. You will want to check the wiring in the probe circuit for possible open condition. Check the resistance of the sensor 316217002 at room temperature which should read approximately 1090 ohms. If it is not within range then replace the sensor.
