For Frigidaire Washer Electronic Control Board (Part Number: OEM13368237)

Crystal for Model Number Affinity Front loader - The first 3 or 4 numbers are partially faded but I believe it is FAFW3511KWO

The washer stopped in mid cycle?? (was not watching) The clothes were sopping wet. We emptied the coin catcher and re assembled. Tested the error buttons, tried to reset. The machine will go through partial cycles, but never spin fast or empty the water. The door appears to be closing/latching good. Is is the control panel? The machine is about 9 years old???Please advise if 1) We should buy new 2) have a tech come in or 3) you know what I need. TY!!!

Crystal, if no error codes show when pressing and holding the start and cancel buttons at the same time, the failure would likely be in the main control 137006060.

Tim, The E61 error code indicates a problem with the heater relay or wiring on the control board. The E64 error code indicates the problem is in the heater element or wiring (again). Wander if a wire or the element shorted out and caused the relay contacts to stick or short together, you'll need to inspect and check both components..

Hello Savatage, The first thing you should do is check your incoming voltage for you wall plug in. Check to make sure you are only getting 120vac. If you are getting 120vac then you will need to replace main control board 137006060, as there is no designation for E62 error code. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
